1. Acceptance
By purchasing a plan or using the DataToRank API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
DataToRank provides an AI-powered API that generates SEO-optimized product content (titles, descriptions, meta tags, slugs, alt texts) from supplier CSV and XML feeds. The service is provided "as is".
3. API key and account
- Your API key is personal and non-transferable.
- You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential.
- We reserve the right to revoke keys used in violation of these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use DataToRank to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful. Automated abuse, scraping, or reselling API access without written consent is prohibited.
5. Plans and credits
- Monthly plans are one-time payments valid for 30 days. Annual plans are valid for 12 months.
- Credits do not roll over unless you renew before expiry (in which case unused credits carry over).
- There is no auto-renewal. You must actively purchase a new plan.
6. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new purchases. Renewals are not refundable once credits have been used. See our Refund Policy.
7. AI-generated content
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. DataToRank does not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness or suitability for any specific purpose. Always verify compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
8. Limitation of liability
DataToRank shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Changes to service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice via email.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Italy.
